How we support your application

Current rules, checked

Visa categories and thresholds change often. We check the requirements with the authorities before we advise you.

Complete applications

We prepare and check attestations and forms before submission through ICP or GDRFA, the two immigration authorities.

Beyond the visa

We also help with medicals, biometrics, your Emirates ID and the visa quota that comes with your company.

The three stages of your residency

1

Eligibility assessment

We review your profile against the Golden Visa, Green Visa, employment and family routes and outline the best pathway and its requirements.

2

Application and government liaison

We prepare and attest documents and submit them through the official ICP or GDRFA channels, then track the application for you.

3

Approval and issuance

We guide you through biometrics, the medical test and your Emirates ID, and remind you before renewals.

Which visa fits you

Eligibility is set by the UAE authorities. These are the main routes we help with.

Golden Visa (10 years)

Self-sponsored residency for investors, entrepreneurs, specialised talent and outstanding students, subject to category approval. See the Golden Visa guide and property investor visa.

Green Visa (5 years)

Self-sponsored residency for skilled employees earning AED 15,000+ a month, freelancers with a permit and about AED 360,000 in income over the previous two years, and investors or partners.

Employment visa

Sponsored by your UAE employer. We help with the entry permit, status change, medical test and Emirates ID.

Investor and business visa

For company owners and partners. The number of visas depends on your licence type and office space. See the business visa guide.

Family visa

Sponsor a spouse, children or parents. The base income requirement is AED 4,000 a month, or AED 3,000 with accommodation. Parents need a higher income. See the family visa guide.

Common questions

Can a freelancer get a Golden Visa?

Not simply by earning a set income. The Golden Visa is category-based, so freelancers usually qualify as investors, entrepreneurs or specialised talent. The income route for freelancers, about AED 360,000 over two years with a permit and degree, is the 5-year Green Visa.

What income do I need to sponsor my family?

To sponsor a spouse and children you need at least AED 4,000 a month, or AED 3,000 plus accommodation. Female sponsors and parent sponsorship have higher requirements that vary by emirate, so we confirm the current figure with you first.

Do I need to be in the UAE to apply?

It depends on the visa. Some applications start from abroad, but biometrics, the medical test and Emirates ID usually require you to be in the UAE.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Approvals, processing times and eligibility are decided only by the UAE authorities. We prepare and manage your application to give it the best chance.
