  3. Our white-labeled software platform (powered by SuiteDash technology and branded under the Aventys name), accessible via our designated domains (e.g., platform.aventys.ae).

By using our Website, Services, or Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This policy is designed to comply with the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

  • Transparent Access: We will only access your account or data within our software platform to help you resolve a support issue, fix a software bug, or as required by law. We will never open or inspect your uploaded files or confidential client data unless you explicitly ask us to for support purposes.

  • Strict Auditing: We maintain detailed access logs for all administrative actions within our platform, recording the user, time, and IP address. This allows us to audit and verify that no unauthorized access occurs.

  • Your Control: You have rights regarding your personal data, as detailed in the “Your Data Protection Rights” section below.

1. The Data We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our services to you.

A. Information You Provide Directly:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, passport/Emirates ID copy (for business setup services), and physical address.

  • Financial & Transaction Data: Billing address, payment method details (processed securely by our third-party payment gateways), and history of services purchased.

  • Communications Data: Contents of your inquiries, support tickets, feedback, and survey responses.

  • Platform Account Data: Username, password, and any profile information you set up within our software platform.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Technical & Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device information, time zone, operating system, pages you visit on our site, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data. We collect this via cookies and similar tracking technologies.

  • Platform Usage Data: Information about how you and your clients use our software platform, including features accessed, time spent, and clickstream data (used to improve the service).

C. Information from Third Parties:

We may receive limited data from partners, such as updated contact details from business registries or technical data from analytics providers.

We do not knowingly collect “Special Categories” of sensitive personal data (e.g., race, religion, health, biometrics) through our general services. If you or your clients choose to process such data within our software platform, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to do so, and we will process it according to your instructions as your Data Processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data only for lawful and specified purposes, primarily to fulfill our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests (where your rights do not override them).

Important Note for Platform Users: If you are an end-user of our software platform (e.g., a client of one of our business customers), the business that invited you onto the platform is the Data Controller for your data within the platform. Please direct any access, correction, or deletion requests to that business directly. Aventys acts as a Data Processor for such data and will assist the Controller in fulfilling your requests.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
